The manufacture is equipped by 8 lines of producing PVC window sills – 500, 600, 600, 700, 700, 700, 800, 900mm. There work 8 mordern laminating lines, which let covering the decorative film at window sill of any size.

There are many changes in this sector – there are established three lamination machines of the last generation, which allow lamination of high technological melamine decorative films of VPL class. All lamination lines are equipped by units for covering protective film.

The important part is a process of preparing the water for technology processes.

The qualify of the water corresponds to drinking standards. Additionally there is used a unique system of mitigation of water and biological water treating.

There are established filter elements with 6 levels of filtration in the basin, which allow to exclude the slightest hit of abrasives.

Powerful refrigeration machineries are responsible for cooling of the water . The temperature of the water is supported at stable level automatically. Turning on and off of the whole system of water preparation is made by submission of impulses from computer module, which is connected with the main producing. Changing of the temperature even for 1 degree is inadmissible.
