While manufacturing at all phases there is quality control, that supports high reliability of production in further customer’s operation.

On the first phase of PVC window producing there is preparation of technological card, which considers features of the design.

A special two-disk saw can support high accuracy (up to 0,1mm.) of cutting the profile which becomes a product preparation.

To increase durability of PVC profile there are used steel profiles with thickness from 1,5 to 2 mm. The thickness of strengthening structure is chosen depending on configuration and overall dimensions of the product. This profile fastens to PVC profile by special fixtures or using screws we get solid PVC profile.

Manufacturing the frame and shutters occurs by welding. PVC profile is automatically welded by face welding. The choose of regime of welding and it’s control provides high reliability and durability of all elements of structure.

After the welding seams are smoothed our all products pass periodical control of their quality at specialized stands. Assembly of products and final test is passed by technological card. At one of the last phases there is made installation of rubber condenses and accessories. Precise installation of all mechanisms provides working capacity and smoothness of a course of all window structure.

The final stage means installation of double-glass windows with final adjustment of shutters at the special stand.
