All materials, used for manufacturing are certified and correspond to Russian and European standards of quality and respond to demands of ecological safety.

PVC composition – in structure of PVC which is used in manufacture, 80 % of PVC pitches are domestic which were repeatedly marked by Diplomas and medals at Russian and International exhibitions, fairs and competitions. Additives do not comprise Pb and other heavy metals, that approaches the production to European standards of quality.

Decorative films – to get the best quality of the window sill surface there are used some kinds of multilayered imprinted film coverings, which were developed especially for lamination vertically installed profiles. The stability of line sizes, colors and stability to atmosphere influence is confirmed by their long-term using in famous companies of Europe.

Glues – the glues, which are used are based on polyether and have repeatedly been tested in laboratories of specialized institute of plastic and artificial materials (Suddeutsches Kunststoffzentrum in Wurzburg) and provide faultless and long-term connection of the film and profile. The more than 15 years experience of their using on West allows us to use this type of glues effectively in our manufacture and to avoid many mistakes.

Protective film – after there were held some two-side tests on degree of agdesia to decorative surfaces, we chose the film with glue based on natural rubber produced by company Nitto for protecting laminated window sill. Among clients of Nitto company there are such famous manufactures as KBE and Deceunik. The individual feature of all production is logotype, marked on the protective film. The quality of it’s polygraphy is supplied by special way of printing (corona treatment). It can’t be smeared, does not leave traces and always stay in original form.

Package - for better safety of the window sill while transporting we us sheets of cellular polypropylene of Finnish company POLYLAYER. Thin, light, flexible and at the same time rather rigid they are stable to atmosphere influence as compared with cardboard and provide long-term protection of the product and safe it’s packaging.
