Orientation to the consumer
We consider that:
• The customer always wants to receive product and service that will correspond to his needs and expectations and to get an appropriate price;
• The excellent quality should be achieved by preventing of a problem appearance and not by looking for reasons and correcting the appeared broblem;
• Any work, made by our employees, suppliers and dealers is a part of word of making the product for the customer. That is why everybody who takes part in this process influences on the quality;
• Saving high quality needs constant perfection of processes. So it needs to conduct searching of new decisions constantly despite of good job;
• Every employee of the company “Vitrage” is at the same time a customer and a supplier for other employees. That is why making well it’s work everybody can wait for good work of his colleges.
